Chakram
At the time when every person in India is talking about the ban of 500 and 1000 notes, I found this coin in my collection. People does forget that at a time we even had some coins like this. This is a 'Chakram'. A coin issued by the Travancore Kings of Kerala. The coin carries their royal symbol of a shell at one side and the rulers impression on the other side. It's a coin worth having for everyone who considers themselves a numismatist
